The Multi Info Displays on the Sport and Advance grades have fundamentally similar features. The 7'' Multi Info Display available on the Sport grade has a “Home button” on the left side of the steering wheel that allows you to adjust the features on the dashboard. The 10.2'' Multi Info Display on the Advance grade has a right selector wheel that you would need to roll in order to view different types of content. Additionally, on the Advance grade, you can change the gauge design.
For a visual description of the two types of dashboard, please see the pages 21 and 22 of the owner's manual, where the Sport grade display corresponds to the A-type meter, and the Advance grade display corresponds to the B-type meter: https://www.honda.co.uk/cars/owners/manuals-and-guides/honda-owners-manuals/_jcr_content/par1/textcolumnwithimagem_1144932897/textColumn/richtextdownload_ef5/file.res/23%20CIVIC%205D%20HEV%20(KE%20KG)-32T536000_03_web_compressed.pdf
A detailed description of the features of each display/meter can be found under “Driver Information Interface (A-type Meter)” from page 155 onwards, and under “Driver Information Interface Left Side Area (B-type-Meter)” from page 172 onwards.
Both options feature new instruments that detail power output and regeneration levels within the e:HEV hybrid powertrain. Audio-related information is consolidated on the left side of the screen, while driving-related information such as Honda SENSING and navigation information is positioned to the right of the display. This positioning helps the driver to intuitively operate the relevant steering wheel-mounted controls.
