We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues creating a new account. Please find below a few questions to help us better identify and fix your issue:
 
  • Did you manage to use the One Time Pass code (OTP) within the expiry period of 10 minutes?
  • Have you received any error message throughout the registration process?
  • Have you previously received an account confirmation email from us?
  • Do you have an existing My Honda+ account that you use with your Honda+ app? If yes, we advise you to update all personal information on your app (all fields need to be filled) and try again later, after 15–30 minutes.
If we will not be able to identify the issue you're experiencing, you might need to try and create a new account, once we have checked your registration attempt in the background. 

All you need to do is follow the steps below:
1- Register your email address: https://www.honda.co.uk/account/authentication/request
2- Confirm the One Time Pass code you receive on your email (you would need to type in only the last 6 digits of the OTP, within 10 minutes of receiving it).
3- Enjoy your new account.

  •  Booking a test drive
  •  Comparing and reviewing your car configurations and finance offers.
  •  Keeping up to date with the latest information.
  •  Getting a valuation of your current vehicle.
  •  Having a closer contact with your dealer.
  •  Accessing the Digital Service Record for Honda models that have this feature available. 

Please be advised that if you are trying to use the new My Account tool for other reasons (e.g. finance details, current car details) than those mentioned above, this will not be possible. If this is the case, we kindly ask that you supply additional information related to your enquiry so that we can provide you with further assistance.
