I can confirm that the Honda Hybrid system is covered for 5 years and up to 90,000 miles, whichever comes first.

That means the local Honda dealership is able to replace any material or manufacturing defects free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions that you’ll find in your Service Book. More information can also be found here: add link 


Every new Honda model has 3 years general warranty or 90,000 miles, from the start date on your Warranty Certificate, as well as a five-years exhaust warranty. The Hybrid Drivetrain system, which includes the battery as well, has 5 years warranty or, 90000 miles, whichever comes first.


You also have the option to extend your warranty when the 3-years or 90,000 mile manufacturers' warranty expires or if you have bought a Honda Approved Used Car and your 12-month guarantee has expired. You have a choice of how long you want your extended guarantee to last for, knowing that even after one repair, the extended guarantee can pay for itself.
